Terms of Service

This Agreement is between you and LinkdSys. You agree to access and use LinkdSys in accordance with the policies herein. The platform aggregates LinkedIn APIs, AI models, and scheduling features in a single experience.

You must provide accurate account information, maintain confidentiality of credentials, and immediately notify us of any unauthorized usage. LinkedIn OAuth tokens remain your property and are refreshed when needed.

Plans and credit caps are outlined within the dashboard. Abuse of APIs, spamming, or violating LinkedIn policies will result in account suspension.

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase. All prices are in USD.

All intellectual property associated with LinkdSys, including code, designs, documentation, and AI prompts, is owned by LinkdSys. Permitted users receive limited licenses that are non-transferable.

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Termination removes access to the SaaS platform, and premium data is retained for 90 days unless otherwise requested.

LinkdSys is not responsible for losses due to LinkedIn downtime, AI model outages, or unauthorized third-party integrations. Our liability is capped at the amount paid for the service during the preceding 12 months.
